TL-NCH – Nanosensors

NANOSENSORS™ TL-NCH dynamic mode probes are designed for special applications where no tip at the cantilever is needed.

TL-NCH probes do not have the reflex coating and can be used for measurement in both air and liquids. The cantilever is made of doped silicon in order to dissipate static charge. Another feature is high Q factor which provides high sensitivity.
These probes are equipped with alignment grooves.
