TL-FM – Nanosensors

NANOSENSORS™ TL-FM probes are designed for contact mode AFM with force modulation. These probes do not have the reflex coating and can be used for measurements in air and liquids. The cantilever is made of highly doped silicon to dissipate static charge. Another feature is high Q factor value in order to provide high sensitivity.
These probes are equipped with alignment grooves.
