0 0.08 – 0.10 mm
1 0.13 – 0.16 mm
1½ 0.16 – 0.19 mm
2 0.19 – 0.23 mm
3 0.28 – 0.32 mm
4 0.38 – 0.42 mm
5 0.50 – 0.60 mm

Most microscope objectives are corrected for a coverglass thickness of 0.17mm, corresponding to no. 1½ coverglasses.
