SSS-NCL – Nanosensors

SSS-NCL, SuperSharpSilicon series probes from Nanosensors are designed for dynamic mode AFM. The tip of these probes is FIB-made and offers radius of curvature of 2nm (5nm guaranteed). The probes are offered without reflex coating and can be used for measurement in air and liquids.
